Nina Horbach

Nina Horbach is both a Notary and an Attorney-at-Law admitted to practice in Germany, performing notarization services and advising corporate and private clients. She attended the University of Mainz as well as the University of Frankfurt where she received her degrees in law. She performed her legal internship at Clifford Chance. After completing her studies, she spent two years working at ITP (International Trade Promotion) as legal adviser advising both Indian and German businesses in contractual matters, including as to licensing agreements and joint ventures.

Nina left ITP to become a partner in an established law firm specializing in corporate matters based in Frankfurt. In 2010 she joined forces with Schalast & Partners as an equity partner specializing in notarial matters. Her primary expertise and functions as a notary comprise advice and assistance in corporate, real estate, and personal transactions.

Another emphasis of Nina Horbach's work is to give comprehensive advice to private clients.
