The Best Lawyers Germany / Handelsblatt "Deutschlands Beste Anwälte": Six Schalast partners recognized once again

Schalast is once again represented by six different lawyers in the Best Lawyers Germany edition. In Germany, this prestigious ranking is published by Handelsblatt as “Deutschlands Beste Anwälte”. Prof. Dr. Christoph Schalast, the law firm’s founder and Managing Partner, was recently included in the 14th edition of The Best Lawyers in Germany for Real Estate Law. Clemens Schalast, head of the practice area, for his practice in Labor Law. In Technology Law, Jan Schneider was selected this year. Dr. Matthias Geurts, partner in the Banking & Finance and Tax practice groups, was selected for inclusion in Banking & Finance Law, Investment Funds and Tax Law, and Dr. Udo Kornmeier for his practice in Media Law. 

Dr. Hans Hofmann was included in the 2023 edition in the areas of Leasing Law and Real Estate Law. Moreover, we are pleased to share that due to the extremely high feedback The Best Lawyers received, Dr. Hofmann has additionally been recognized as one of the 2023 "Lawyer of the Year" award recipients in his specialities. Only a single lawyer in each practice area and community is honored with a "Lawyer of the Year" award.
