Schalast wins Marius Welling as new head of 'Dispute Resolution'

As of July 1, 2023, litigation expert Marius Welling will become the new head of the "Dispute Resolution" practice group at Schalast. In the course of his career, he was, inter alia, until 2019 Head of Litigation and Investigations Germany at UBS Europe SE in Frankfurt and then General Counsel at Foris AG in Bonn. Previously, he had worked at Latham Watkins LLP and other major law firms in the area of Litigation and Dispute Resolution national and international proceedings. Since 2012, he has also been a specialist attorney for banking and capital markets law.
