We are pleased to announce that our M&A partner, Inga Rau, will be a speaker at AIJA Milan 2025.

Inga Rau will share her expertise on private equity transactions in Session 2 - “Characteristics of a PE Investment, Deal with Critical Issues and Common Pitfalls” and will shed light on them, particularly from a tax perspective. The session will provide an overview of the key aspects of PE investments and highlight critical challenges and typical pitfalls. Together with international experts, she will provide practical insights into negotiation strategies, structuring and risk management.
