Schalast | Labour Law

Labour law is not just characterised by the interlocking of European law, national constitutional law and a large number of national laws, but also by collective arrangements, such as collective agreements and company agreements. It is also heavily influenced by case law.

This can be extremely challenging bother for employees and employers, and required a high degree of specialist legal knowledge. Our team of specialised labour lawyers covers the entire area of individual and collective labour law.

Our labour law practice was included among the leading practices in Germany by Kanzleimonitor 2014/2015 – a study prepared on the basis of a survey of the in-house counsel of leading German companies. Our clients not only profit from our specialist qualifications, but also from our many years of experience. We regularly represent our clients in all court instances, up to the European Court of Justice and the German Federal Labour Court.
