Lisa Wortelmann

Lisa Wortelmann studied law at Ruhr University in Bochum. During her studies, she focused on internet and media law and worked at the corresponding chair at the Technical University of Dortmund.

After completing her studies, Lisa Wortelmann began her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Dortmund. During her legal clerkship, she already focused on employment law and legal practice.

Before joining Schalast, Lisa Wortelmann worked as a lawyer in an international commercial law firm in Düsseldorf, specializing in employment law. 

In May 2025, Lisa Wortelmann joined Schalast together with Daniel Lüdemann to strengthen the Düsseldorf office's employment law practice. She advises clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
