Annika Blanke

Annika Blanke, born in Aachen, studied law at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen.

Ms. Blanke completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt. During this time she worked, among other things, as a trainee lawyer in the area of corporate law. She completed her elective station at Deutsche Bahn in the central labor law department of DB Fernverkehr AG.

She was admitted to the bar by the Frankfurt Bar Association in 2016.

Annika Blanke began her career in a commercial law firm, where she worked as an associate in the area of employment law with an interface to commercial & corporate law. One focus of her work to date has been advising companies and executives in and out of court on employment contracts, fixed-term contracts, terminations, remuneration models, but also on the employment law consequences of mergers, acquisitions and closures.
