Franz Badelt is an associate and advises in particular in the field of corporate law and M&A.
Franz Badelt, born in Landau a. d. Isar, studied law at the University of Passau with a focus on international private, commercial and civil procedural law as well as European and international law.
During his university studies, Franz Badelt worked for a major international law firm in Munich and in the German Bundestag.
During his legal clerkship at the District Court of Passau, Franz Badelt completed his mandatory practical training in a law firm specializing in media and copyright law in Hamburg.
Before joining Schalast, Franz Badelt worked as a lawyer in a medium-sized law firm specialising in banking and capital markets law and employment law, as well as in a medium-sized international law firm specialising in corporate, M&A and employment law.
Franz Badelt was admitted to the bar by the Frankfurt Bar Association in May 2014. Since July 2019, he advises in particular in the field of corporate law and M&A at Schalast & Partner.
