Lea Mittelbach

Lea Mittelbach studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. Her university focus was on labour and data protection law and during her studies she worked as a research assistant in a major international law firm in the field of labour law. 

Lea Mittelbach completed her legal clerkship at Darmstadt Regional Court and was already working in labour law at Schalast during her legal clerkship. She completed her administrative traineeship at the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information and her elective traineeship at Deutsche Bahn in the labour law department of DB Vertrieb GmbH.

Lea Mittelbach has been working as a lawyer at Schalast since July 2024 and advises on all areas of individual and collective employment law.
