Lisa Duwald is senior associate and advises clients in the practice areas of banking & finance. She is also the SDG Officer responsible for promoting and monitoring the implementation of the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the law firm. The 17 UN SDGs are an essential part of a global plan to promote sustainable peace and prosperity and protect our planet.
Lisa Duwald advises in the practice areas of banking, finance, and financial regulatory law. One focus of her work is advising on financing related issues, innovative structures, and products. Her clients include banks, financial service providers and FinTechs.
Lisa Duwald studied law at the Universities of Göttingen and Thessaloniki. During her education, she focused on commercial law. During her legal clerkship, she worked in regulatory law at a major law firm in Frankfurt, among other places. After her admission to the bar, she advised on financial regulatory issues in an international law firm in the practice area of financial services.
