Tobias Buder

Tobias Buder has been practicing as an attorney since 2023, advising national and international clients in the fields of corporate and commercial law. His primary area of expertise lies in corporate transactions (M&A). Furthermore, he provides comprehensive counsel on matters concerning managing directors, supervisory boards, and shareholder disputes.

He developed his specialization in corporate law during his studies in and his legal clerkship. During his clerkship, he gained valuable practical experience in corporate and transaction-related advisory services, including at Schalast.

Since October 2025, he has been pursuing a part-time Master’s degree (Master of Laws) in M&A at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
