Tobias Buder

Tobias Buder studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg. His university focus was on commercial law, in particular corporate law. 
After his studies, Tobias Buder completed his legal clerkship in Baden-Württemberg, also specializing in commercial law. During his legal clerkship, he gained practical experience in corporate law and transaction-related advice, including at Schalast.

In addition to his legal clerkship, Tobias Buder worked for a development bank in the context of coronavirus aid.

Tobias Buder has been admitted to the bar since end of november.

Tobias Buder joined the Corporate & M&A team of Schalast in November 2023.
