Dr. Antje Ostermann

Dr. Ostermann, born in Heidelberg, studied law in Constance, Lausanne and Bonn. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court ("Oberlandesgericht").

Dr. Ostermann began her career in a business consultancy specialising in medium-sized companies in Munich. This was followed by positions in larger, medium-sized family businesses in the chemistry and pharmaceutical industries as well as the logistics sector. Dr. Ostermann worked for these companies in the areas of business development and acquisition. Furthermore, Dr. Ostermann was Managing Director of a family office for several years.

Dr. Ostermann advises family businesses and entrepreneurs in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions as well as corporate disputes. This includes specific matters such as succession solutions.
