Charlotte Franziska Ahlburg

Charlotte Ahlburg studied law at the University of Hamburg. During her studies, she already focused on employment law. Following her first state examination, she worked for a year as a research assistant in a labor law boutique in Hamburg.

During her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court, Charlotte Ahlburg worked at the Hamburg Higher Labor Court and at a national and international employment law firm in Berlin.

Before joining Schalast, Charlotte Ahlburg worked at the Hamburg office of an employment law boutique.

Charlotte Ahlburg joined Schalast in January 2025 and advises in all areas of individual and collective employment law.
