Neele Appel

Neele Appel, born in Lüneburg, studied law at the University of Hamburg. She majored in environmental and planning law at university.
During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, she worked at the Regional Court of Verden, the Public Prosecutor's Office in Verden and the Legal Department of the Hamburg-Wandsbek District Office in construction matters. She completed her legal clerkship and elective clerkship at boutique law firms specializing in public law in Hamburg. After her admission to the bar in 2022, she joined one of these law firms as a lawyer until 2024.
Neele Appel has been working for Schalast since 2025 and supports the Energy, Infrastructure & Telecommunications practice group as an associate.
