Victoria Boss

Victoria Boss, born in Kassel, studied law in Göttingen and completed her legal clerkship in Schleswig-Holstein.

Since entering the profession, she has been involved with energy industry issues and first worked as a consultant for energy law at the consumer advice center in Schleswig-Holstein and then at an energy industry-oriented consulting firm. Since 2015, she has worked as an attorney at the national energy law firm BBH.

With many years of experience, Victoria Boss confidently accompanies energy supply companies in their respective market roles in sales and regulated day-to-day operations.

She supports companies from product development and its contractual design, taking into account regulatory and market procedural requirements, to contract negotiation, pricing and adjustment, the design of billing, dunning and blocking processes, taking into account energy law and industry-specific peculiarities, to the integration of smart metering technologies and the establishment of a company-internal complaint management system.

Victoria Boss assists energy supply companies in implementing regulatory requirements, examines conventional and EEG grid connection requests, handles the processing of grid access agreements, and advises clients in the context of metering regulation and participation disputes.

She assists closed distribution system operators and customer facility operators in the energy management of sites in regulatory matters and with regard to the optimization of electricity costs.
