Fabian Strohhäcker

Fabian Strohhäcker is an associate and, as a member of the IP, IT & Media practice group, advises clients in the areas of trademark and design law as well as competition and copyright law. He also works in corporate law.

Fabian Strohhäcker completed his law studies at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, where he successfully passed the first state law examination in 2022. focus of his training was intellectual property law, including patent, copyright, trademark and competition law. From 2022 to 2024, he completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Karlsruhe, where he deepened his knowledge of intellectual property law with a particular focus on trademark, antitrust and competition law.

Fabian Strohhäcker has been strengthening the IP, IT & Media team in Stuttgart since February 2025.
