Fabian Strohhäcker

Fabian Strohhäcker is an associate and a member of the IP, IT & Media practice group. He primarily advises clients on trademark law and media and defamation law.

Regarding trademark law, he represents clients in matters of both German and European trademark law. Through close cooperation with specialized partner law firms, he also handles trademark-related issues in jurisdictions worldwide.

In media and defamation law, he protects the personal rights of private individuals and companies, enforcing claims for injunctive relief, correction, and damages against infringing reports in the press, on social media, and across other forms of publication.

Biography

Fabian Strohhäcker completed his law studies at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, where he successfully passed the first state law examination in 2022. His studies focused on intellectual property law, including patent, copyright, trademark, and competition law.

He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Karlsruhe, where he deepened his knowledge of intellectual property law with a special focus on trademark, antitrust, and competition law.
