Inga Rau

Inga Rau is partner at the Corporate & M&A and Tax practice groups in the Stuttgart office of Schalast. She brings extensive expertise in corporate and tax law, providing strategic counsel to a diverse range of national and international clients, including financial investors, technology companies, and start-ups. Inga’s practice covers a broad spectrum of legal services, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, structuring and restructuring, and the design of employee participation programs. Her deep understanding of corporate and wealth succession makes her also a valued advisor to Family Offices and high-net-worth individuals.

Biography

Inga studied law at the University of Heidelberg and has been admitted to the German bar as an attorney since 2017. Inga has built her career across both a Big Four accounting firm and several prominent law firms. Over the years, she has focused on the intersection between corporate and tax law, with a particular emphasis on the complex needs of Family Offices, private clients, and emerging businesses.
