Wolfgang Sigler is a partner and heads the Stuttgart office. As a specialist in insolvency law, he advises companies, their executive bodies and creditors in crisis environments and represents insolvency administrators. He leads and advises on major liability and rescission proceedings, distressed M&A transactions and syndicated financing. In addition, he has for many years advised medium-sized companies and their owners on important economic and corporate law matters.

Biography

Wolfgang Sigler, born in Stuttgart, studied law in Heidelberg and Munich after completing his training in public finance (Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH)) in the financial administration of Baden-Württemberg. He has been a registered lawyer in Stuttgart since 1998.

Based on his sound legal and business management and tax law expertise, Wolfgang Sigler always pursues a holistic approach to business law in his consultancy work with the aim of realisable solutions in line with his clients' interests.

As a specialist lawyer for insolvency law, he advises companies, their executive bodies, credi-tors and insolvency administrators in crisis environments and insolvency with the following main areas of activity:
