Annick Fuchs

Annick Fuchs is special counsel. She advises startups in the US and Europe, in particular Tech and FinTech companies. One focus is on the life-cycle of startups (founding, hiring, funding) but also and in particular on accompanying the development of innovative tech products (Aps, APIs, platforms), their expansion USA/EU and the accompanying data protection and payment services legal issues. 

Annick Fuchs is additionally a mentor and speaker at APX the incubator of Axel Springer and Porsche.

She is writing a PhD thesis on payment rights USA/Germany; she is currently completing the Harvard Fintech course for further specialization and immersion and divides her time between the USA and Europe.
