Schalast | Information Technology Law

Our range of legal advice covers all areas of classical and modern information technology law. For example, we provide advice and support in the structuring and performance of "classic" IT projects such as software development, system integration and outsourcing, and handle corporate transactions in the IT sector. The review, development, drafting and negotiation of contracts as well as terms and conditions are an important part of our work in all areas of IT law.

In all of this, we advice providers as well as companies on the user side. We therefore know the needs, practices and requirements of both sides and always develop solutions for our clients that are not only in line with their interests, but also suitable for practice.

We advise the public sector on the implementation of IT procurement procedures. We also legally supervise the participation in such procedures on the part of the bidders.

Interfaces to telecommunications law are also covered in the sense of integrated legal advice.

Finally, we support our clients in the event of project imbalances. We perform the legal risk management and, if necessary, enforce our clients' claims or defend claims raised by other parties - out of court as well as in court.
