Dr. Marc-André Rousseau is an internationally experienced lawyer in the fields of venture capital/start-ups and international commercial law. He advises investors and start-ups/scale-ups from a wide range of innovative technology sectors, including healthcare/medtech, sports tech and aerospace/space tech. His advice covers all aspects of investing in start-ups/scale-ups and the entire life cycle of young innovative companies.

His clients benefit from his extensive experience in various areas of legal advice: Thanks to his many years of experience in major international law firms (SJ Berwin LLP, Frankfurt am Main and Beiten Burkhardt, Berlin), he is familiar not only with the perspective of an internationally experienced lawyer, but also with that of companies. As Senior Legal Counsel at Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG, he gained an understanding of the corporate perspective and can therefore adapt his advisory approach to the needs of internationally active companies based on his own experience.

Dr. Marc-André Rousseau is a coach and mentor in various accelerator programmes and a member of the advisory board of start-ups/scale-ups.
