Alexander Völker

Mr. Völker advises credit, financial services, and securities institutions in the regulatory area. His primary consulting fields include banking supervisory law matters in the sense of the MaRisk (minimum risk management requirements) (in particular new product processes and outsourcing, including on an international level) as well as founding regulated institutions, including the associated implementation of regulatory requirements for the structural and process organization.

After many years at a large, mid-sized credit institution, Alexander Völker completed a Master’s degree program before joining Schalast Auerbach AG, with a focus on Finance and Accounting at the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society.
