Patrick-Lukas Mamok was born in Marburg an der Lahn and studied law with a focus on labor and business law at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen. He is a former scholarship holder of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung e.V..
In 2018, he successfully completed the specialist lawyer course for commercial and corporate law. From October 2024, Patrick-Lukas Mamok will complete the part-time Master of Laws program in M&A at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
During his legal clerkship, Patrick-Lukas Mamok worked, among others, for a major American law firm in the areas of general corporate and M&A as well as for a leading German commercial law firm in the areas of labor law and corporate/M&A.
Following his admission to the bar in 2017, Patrick-Lukas Mamok worked as an associate for a leading German commercial law firm and a major international law firm as well as a senior associate for a leading German multidisciplinary partnership before joining Schalast as counsel in 2023.
Patrick-Lukas Mamok advises national and international companies as well as investors and company founders on all corporate law issues, in particular in connection with M&A transactions and restructurings. In addition, he advises clients on all ongoing corporate law matters as well as on commercial and general contract law. He is also active in commercial and corporate litigation.
