Yeghaneh Salamati-Ditz, LL.M.

Yeghaneh Salamati-Ditz studied law at the Goethe University Frankfurt. In her legal education, she focused on corporate, insolvency and banking supervisory law. During her legal clerkship in Darmstadt and Frankfurt, Yeghaneh Salamati-Ditz worked as an intern at a commercial law firm in Toronto, Canada.

During her legal education, Yeghaneh Salamati-Ditz worked as an intern at various international operating commercial and medium-sized law firms in Frankfurt and as research assistant in the Banking & Finance department of an international operating commercial law firm in Frankfurt.

Prior to joining the team of Schalast & Partner, Yeghaneh Salamati-Ditz worked as an associate in the restructuring and insolvency department of an international operating commercial law firm in Frankfurt.

She was admitted to the Frankfurt am Main Bar Association in 2018. Since October 2020, she advises in particular in the field of corporate law and M&A at Schalast & Partner.

She is a member of the practice group Corporate & M&A.
