Yeghaneh Salamati-Ditz studied law at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, specialising in corporate, insolvency and banking supervisory law.
As a research assistant, Yeghaneh Salamati-Ditz worked at a major international law firm in the banking and finance department and at a leading German commercial law firm in the corporate/M&A department, both in Frankfurt am Main.
During her legal clerkship in Darmstadt and Frankfurt am Main, she completed an elective station at a commercial law firm in Toronto, Canada.
She was admitted to the bar by the Frankfurt am Main Bar Association in 2018. From 2021 to 2023, she completed a part-time Master of Laws programme in Mergers & Acquisitions at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Following her admission to the bar, Yeghaneh Salamati-Ditz worked as an associate for a major international law firm in Frankfurt am Main.
Since October 2020, Yeghaneh Salamati-Ditz has been advising national and international companies, investors and company founders on all corporate law issues, particularly in connection with M&A transactions and restructurings.
