Lorenz Bock

Lorenz Bock was born in Hamburg and studied law at the University of Greifswald. During his legal clerkship in the district of the Lübeck Higher Regional Court, he completed stations at the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information and at an internationally operating auditing firm.

Since his admission to the bar in 2020, Lorenz Bock worked for a medium-sized, internationally active law firm as a lawyer in the areas of real estate and construction law as well as the public sector before joining Schalast in 2023.

One of Lorenz Bock's main areas of practice is legal support and advice on public procurement and award procedures. In particular, he advises public contracting authorities on the design and implementation of procurement procedures and in procurement review proceedings.

Lorenz Bock also advises clients on a wide range of issues relating to commercial real estate transactions. In addition to the legal support of sales processes in real estate transactions, his scope of activities also includes construction planning and building regulations law.
