Clemens Schalast

Clemens Schalast is a partner and head of the labour law practice group at Schalast, a specialist lawyer for labour law and a notary (official seat: Frankfurt am Main).

As one of Germany's leading experts in labour law, he is regularly recommended by WirtschaftsWoche and Handelsblatt, among others.

Before joining the firm, he worked for Deutsche Lufthansa AG in the area of collective bargaining policy and as an advisor to the divisional board of directors for human resources. His focus was on labour law issues arising from the restructuring and privatisation of the company and its structural realignment.
