Hanna Löschan studied law at the University of Augsburg. During her studies she already focused on Intellectual Property Law as well as German and European Antitrust and Competition law. Following the successful completion of her second state examination in Rhineland-Palatinate, Hanna Löschan studied "International and European Competition Law and Regulation" at the University of Amsterdam/Netherlands, where she obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in 2019.
Before joining Schalast, Hanna Löschan advised clients in a national and international commercial law firm on general Commercial Law issues as well as Antitrust and Competition law.
Hanna Löschan joined Schalast's Corporate & M&A department in September 2019. There she advises clients across all sectors in all areas of German and European Antitrust Law. The focus of her work is on advising on Merger- and Investment Control proceedings as well as on Distribution Law issues.
She is a member of the Kartellrechtsforum.
